Savoy is family owned. Our philosophy is to serve the best fresh, seasonal, locally sustainable product. Working with our local farmers is very important to us and so far we have developed some great relationships and will continue to do so. Our fish comes
from the Great Lakes but we also use some amazing purveyors from the Maritimes and British Columbia. Our cheese is expertly hand-picked and brought in domestically but we also import some of the finer cheeses.
