Chef Brodie Sorbara was born and raised in Wellington County. Brodie went to Singhampton for an eye opening experience and education, all cooks should receive. He returned home with a new philosophy in mind, Local, Fresh, Sustainable and Unique. Putting his own flare on Canadian ingredients with a dash of French, Chef Brodie aspires to bring out the natural flavours of the ingredients used in all of his dishes. He is passionate about working with local ingredients and true farm to fork and says "Farm to table is more than a fad, it's a mindset".
